I guess you could say I got what I paid for when I bought this on a bargain shelf in Sydney, but I've read a lot better. It's slow to get into, but then once the author gets started, it's not bad. Just a little confusing when she bounces back and forth between her flats in Sydney and Melbourne, her boyfriend and brother in the US and her current trip to India, where she is recounting both of the other stories.
