This is a typical Robin Cook medical thriller. I love reading these books on airplanes and trains because they go fast and are pretty engrossing. They are sort of forgettable - i.e., I can't tell one from another a week after having finished the book - but enjoyable nonetheless.

I left the book on the cigarette machine right inside the front door at the top of the stairs.

This is my first time reading one of Robin Cooks books. True or fiction it was a book that really opened my eyes to the problems we have in our system. I never cared for red meat to begin with and know I'll never eat it again.
