I grabbed this one off my bookshelf knowing that it had been sitting there for quite awhile. I didn't realize it had been there for five years...oops! Well, I finally got it read. This was my first experience with a Pilcher book, and I definitely think her strong point is her descriptive writing about the setting. I was a bit disappointed in the plot, though. It just felt flat at times. Overall, it was a quick and light read that I finished in a day. Thanks to jenvince for passing this book along to me so many years ago. I will either pass it on to a friend or wild release it soon. Thanks, jen!
