Bought as part of a 3 for 2 deal at WH Smith at Liverpool Street Station in London.

Wow! After so many years I finally read this novel. I guess it proves that I will get around, eventually, to reading all the books I have acquired over time!! I did not like this novel so much, I thought McDermid has done better, and I guessed who the murderer was about 2/3rds of the way through. It is an earlier novel and it shows.

I left this book at the Villa Toscana in Tuscany where I was staying a couple of weeks ago on a cooking course. Sadly I had not written the BCID number inside so I have notway ot eliing where the book goes from there.
