Hi I just picked this book as my next read and I've read about 55 pages so far and like it very much.

wow I really love this book. Can't put it down. the best book so far of 2005.
I have read half and love the writing style, the story. as a matter of fact I've been looking on amazon for more books about Geisha's :-)

Realizing I won't get to this book within a reasonable period of time, and therefore passing it on to shimi in Norway as a RABCK today. I hope to be able to read this someday, but for now my schedule is simply too full.

These Bookcrossing-books should travel, so off it goes :) I hope it arrives safely at shimi's soon :)

This arrived in the mail from MieLH today, so it was a very quick travel from Denmark to Norway! :)
I have wanted to read this for a long time now, so although it does go into Mount TBR, I hope to get started on it soonishly.

I loved the voice of this book! And in general it was an interesting and very nice read. I can't quite shake the feeling that I would have enjoyed it even more if I hadn't already known what happened, but I saw the movie when it was in the theatres, and I remembered it quite well still. Anyway, it's still a book I would recommend!
