It's hard to say anything about this book, as it was so depressing the whole way through. I have never seen or read about such a sad, horrid relationship between such sick people. Also, the only break from the dreariness was tales of the narrator's adolescent sexual frustrations. So, I can't really say that I enjoyed the book. Traumatized is more like it. But, it was beautiful and moving in parts, so worth reading.
