A beautiful story, so simply put. The book is only 104 pages long.

Taken from the All and Everything Bookbox as it looks very interesting despite not being my usual type of book.

Had this book been in a library, shop, or offered as a book ring I would more than likely have dismissed it. Because it sat there in a book box it spoke to me, it told me it was only small and that I would really enjoy it. This tiny tome did not lie to me.
Silk is less like a novel (I’ve written longer essays in my time at university) and more like poetry. There is enough in the story to set the imagination on fire. Silk is a story of strong emotions and the space created by the narrative allows the reader to explore the many emotions rather than drowning the feelings with unnecessary words. This book is well worth reading.
Althogh not a TBR book I am slipping it into the TBR Bookbox so that it can travel a little more.

Just a nice thin book to create a short read, or so I thought.Nice short chapters(1 or 2 pages each )Very thought provoking though.
