What a perfect themed release! Thanks for thinking of it, Discomicky!
This is a story that follows many generations of the same family. It skips around in time, and at first I had trouble keeping everything straight. It all comes together beautifully, however, with mysteries solved, connections made, and many strange coincidences that the characters often miss completely. It really illustrates how we are all intertwined, sometimes as people living through the same historical events, and sometimes as families sharing the similar frustrations and many times, very similar fates. I really enjoyed this book. Thanks Discomicky for thinking of me!
I "caught" this in the mailbox today. Thank you so much!
