A charming little book, with drawings of cats, for instance of a 'Cat delivering a classical oration in suitable surroundings'. And drawings of neglected murderesses, for instance 'Madame Galoche, in May 1911 added a tin of insecticide to a potage purée Crécy aux perles at the soup kitchen she operated for the indigent of Berchem-Sainte-Agathe, Belgium.'

Got the little book yesterday but (sorry) had no energy to journal it but to reed was no problem. Nice drawings of cats! Goes on it's next trip to Plinius on monday.

Received this one in the mail today (thanks Mabelleamie). It took me about five minutes to read it. What a funny little gem of a book! In the next few days, I will savour all these beautiful drawings some more before sending this booklet on to Olifant.

Nou ja... gezellig, knus geldt niet zozeer voor die Neglected Murderesses. Hoewel, als je de tekst zou weglaten, zijn de tekeningen vrij onschuldig.
