Van Hoorn and Abul discover an ancient tomb - but the curse of the Pharaos falls upon them and both are killed in a terrible storm which reseals the tomb.
Later Sir Matthew Corbeck and Jane Howell, after a long search using Van Hoorn's notes, rediscover the tomb and bring out the mummy of Queen Kara. But Kara's spirit is determined to live again...

A good ancient tomb style horror story, that made it into a movie with Charlton Heston and Susannah York.

Reserved for bookrelay.

This book was very good, especially considering it was based on a screenplay! :)

It was a fast read for me and very enjoyable. Probably more enjoyable than the movie itself is. Thanks again for sending! :)
