Purchased at my favourite Oxfam which used to sell books for 59p but have raised their prices to 79p. I'm hoping for an extra 20p's worth of entertainment from this book.
As it's Clive James, my homeboy from Australia, I'm sure I'll get it. I love his dry wry wit and delivery and am hoping to enjoy the yarn that no doubt is his biography.

This was a good quick 'distilled essence of Australia' type read which I managed somewhere toward the end of 2012. I enjoy Clive James' point of view and the 'accent' he manages to write in.

Left on the book table in the View Tube cafe while meeting up some folk from Twitter. I was moored at Old Ford Lock so the wander around the Greenway was a pleasant Sunday stroll.

Picked up in Stratford by my nephew and given to me at Christmas 2013.
It has been my travelling companion on aeroplanes and buses from the UK to South Africa, through Cape Town and now Durban.
Now finished reading it and will leave it somewhere in Durban
A good humerous read as would be expected from Clive James.

It was found at Heathrow airport - entertained its new owner until Durban.
