Got this a couple of days ago. About halfway through. Will journal properly when I'm done.
I actually finished this a few days ago, but I've had a little trouble contacting the next person in the ring...
I read originally when it first came out in 2003, and I don't think I got anywhere near as much out of it the first time as I did this time. This has supplanted 'Prisoner of Azkaban' as my favorite of the Harry Potter series. I love how much deeper Harry's characterization goes, and Rowling allows the reader to see him being a jerky teenager - which we all were at some point. She also gives a great deal more shade and texture to Dumbledore, Sirius and Snape. She reveals their motivations without getting maudlin. Plus, the plot of this one is really riveting. I think it's the most truly suspenseful of the lot.
Tataje opted out of the bookring, and I tried to contact Leanne345 last week to no avail. I'll try one more time and if I still don't hear anything, I'll just send it back to blacksheeps99.

I tried to get in touch with Leanne345 in the UK three times and I never heard anything back. Because I'm getting ready to leave town in a couple of weeks and I'll be gone until after the new year, I decided to go ahead and mail this back to blacksheeps99 in Austria. I sent it out on Dec. 2.
This book came back about two weeks ago. Sorry I forgot to make a journal entry.
It was a very short ring :-) and I´m glad it found its way back. Thanks a lot MarahSulloy!!!
For the moment this book will be pc, because some of my friends like to read it. Maybe I´m going to start a new ring later...?
