I know that at some point in my murky childhood, I read all of the Narnia series, but try as I might, I couldn't remember this one to save my life. At any rate, the flight to visit the family in KC was made much more pleasant by the company of this book. The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe gets all the press from this series, but I think this book is the real gem.
