Wow, received sometime last week but I was on holiday so am only journalling today. Thanks heaps, I will make sure it goes to a meet-up with me when I am finished with it!
Thanks
Thanks
This was an interesting read, with a lot of different issues and topics - fear of rejection, mourning, dealing with being adopted, romance, a difficult boss... I almost felt that there were too many issues going on, so none were dealt with in depth or even brought to some sort of conclusion. I would have loved to know what happens in the nearish future. A bit unfinished for my taste, but still an ok read. Thanks very much for sharing, and I will take it to the meet-up next week!

I picked this up at the meetup on bargainqueen's recommendation. Thanks for sharing: I thought this was definitely a cut above most of the chicklit that I seem to read. The protagonist was flawed in interesting ways, with a lot of issues and challenges she seems to duck out of facing. I thought her encounters with the psychologist were some of the most interesting, as behaviours that previously seemed just part of her character like arriving late or avoiding stating emotional feelings, get analysed and challenged. A very appealing love interest as well.
Shall I wild release this, or would you prefer I bring it along to the next meetup and give it to another bookcrosser?
