Received this Friday 15th Oct = NOT BAD (left 9th). Kind of funny starting this book in Australia considering we have been having 38 - 40 degress C (100+ F)days of late and were only in SPRING! I'll start soon - trying to get it around BEFORE christmas. Thanks Jamesmum for starting this off.

Finished just looking for something special for Jamesmum at the end! - Pming Heaven150

I don't think he's a scrouge just an "accountant" Makes you realise that $$$ don't count, but we do get abit 'over it' and overdo all the "STUFF" that goes with christmas.

I found it very easy to read and you just know what's going to happen next like watching a kid with and icecream on a hot day!! LOL
That reminds me where ARE my chrissy cards......... and the sale are one again........and.......and.....a n d.. better get to the shops :oP

What a great Christmas read. I really enjoyed this book. It made me laugh out loud. Luther Krank is the perfect accountant. I have to say though, if my Christmases were anything like the Kranks, I'd consider skipping one as well.

Will mail this out Monday, Dec. 20. Hopeful Tyvmdear will get this in a couple of days, but with last minute Christmas gifts/cards going out, you might not.

What a delightful novel.
i sure do understand the whole Skipping Christmas idea. It is getting so nuts but as the story ends, its not the receiving of gifts, its the giving of yourself, your love and your friendship that matters.

thank you for sharing this great little novel with me.
I am the last on the list and I am to do as I wish with the book.
I will have to think about it for a bit.
