Because I am a Home Economics Educator, I really enjoyed how Diane Mott David included a catering business as a springboard to her mysteries. The characters are so well developed and possess many real life problems that make them truly believable. I love Goldy's interaction with her protege, Julian, and the problems Goldy is able to cause her ex-husband. In the end she manages to solve the mystery and have a good relationship with her only son Arch
