Got this book to review from a magazine. here is what I wrote:

This is a great, informative book for people with an interest in nature, and maybe witchcraft, but who do not want to purchase a big book full of Wiccan history and heavy spells. The Way of Four is about balancing the four elements (earth, air, fire and water) in your life and in your body, and through this, become more connected to nature and lead a more content, self-assured life. The book starts off explaining each elements, what it means in nature and how it is used in magic, and provides a basic overview of the history and different culture’s thinking about them. There are easy to do exercises for each element and meditations to deepen your knowledge and experience of them. Then the book goes into more practical applications of earth, air, fire and water in your life, from diet to arranging your home in a balanced way, to natural beauty treatments. I especially like the quizzes that make you think about the importance of each element in your life! This is followed by a very interesting chapter on incorporating the four balanced elements into your work life, and dealing with relationship issues with the help of air, fire, earth and water- it even gives suggestions for dates based on the elements! At the end of the book, there is a chapter with some introductory spells and rituals incorporating the four elements. Lastly, there are appendices with yet more ideas, from music to alphabets, to incorporate the four elements in your life.

Foudn it very interesting and useful. I'd like to keep it longer, so I'm marking as PC, but I don't mean to keep it forever.
