This is one of those cases and I can clearly see why some readers would find it hard getting into it. The rabbits in this story are quite unusual, not only do they talk (and talk and talk and talk) but they also lay out some very ingenious plans. The plot is tight and the story itself reads like an adventure in which the heroes run across fields, fight some very dangerous animals, use their cunning and end up getting in a fight with mad dictator rabbit. An entraining read but that’s about it. I’ll be sending it along when I get an address. |

Released 3 yrs ago (2/4/2010 UTC) at Taoyuan, Taoyuan County Taiwan CONTROLLED RELEASE NOTES:
I liked this even better the second time. It's an adventure story. But what I liked best about it, and which didn't strike me the first time I read it (or at least I don't remember being struck by it), was the theme of how important it is to be true to your nature. |
