I first read The Hobbit in grade 6 or 7 and was completely enthralled. As an adult I've read the Lord of the Rings trilogy. After the movie release of the Lord of the Rings I came across The Silmarillien and loved that one too. If you like myth and don't mind a slow read then you'll like it too.
Now I'm reading The Hobbit again. I hope to make an 11 1/2 hour bus ride more enjoyable. Once I'm done I'll release the book in hopes that someone else will be enthralled by Tolkien's world of Middle Earth. The bonus is I won't have to pack it back with me so I'll have room for another book, maybe a Bookcrossing book! I've only rated it an 8 because it has been so long since I read it, it is likely a 10. I remember it as being highly imaginative and delightful to read.

I left the book on the trunk of the car I was using while I went to catch an afternoon movie. There was a note on the cover of the book saying "Free book, look inside". When I came out after the movie was over the book was gone!

A wonderful book, one of my true favorites. Found it on the hood of a car in the parkwood place mall in Prince George, will be releasing it for the world again soon.
