So far only three quarters of the way through this book but would really recommend it to anyone. It is a real eye opener on the way our food is produced, packaged, and sold to us, and reveals just how little control we have over the things we consume daily. Really quite shocking even to me and I considered myself to have a good idea of what went on "behind the scenes". If only more people took an interest.. it has certainly changed the way I shop for life.
