The Girls' Guide to Hunting and Fishing

I read this book ages ago, and recollection is a bit hazy... but remembered that I enjoyed it and made me quite reflective at the end.
Synopsis from book:
When her elder brother brings his first serious girlfriend home, Jane becomes a sometimes invisible but unblinking observer. Watching the love affair evolve, Jane struggles to understand what goes on between lovers, and how relationships work - and fail to work. Then, in adulthood, Jane has her own push-and-pull relationships, and the lessons in love are just as bewildering: the disastrous trip which teaches her about fidelity, the older man whose demands are exacting, and the younger guy who always calls her honey but never uses her real name. In the book's hilarious climax, after misguidedly following the advice from a staggeringly earnest manual called "How to Meet and Marry Mr. Right", Jane finally learns that in love there is neither pattern nor promise and there are never rules.

Just arrived in the mail, hurrah! I'll get to it ASAP

Read it and really enjoyed it! I have no idea what I was expecting, but it was fun because it surprised me :-) I liked the format in which it was written (like a collection of short, interconnected stories), and enjoyed the characters (I would have fallen in love with Archie, too!)
Just waiting for Dani75 to tell me where she is and I'll post it to her asap.

Sent March 25th. Enjoy!
