The pictures shows the sunset over the small marina at Killarney where I left the book. See next journal.Bought in the local Oxfam shop to take as reading material on my trip to Canada and USA. Will release 'into the wild' when read. ~~~~~~~~~~~~ Read this during the past week and found it an enjoyable story of someone who makes changes following a life-changing situation. The ending was kind of predictable though and I didn't really feel much association with the main character. He doesn't like travel and writes books for others who have to travel, but don't like it -- the complete opposite of me. |

Released on Friday, August 30, 2002 at Sportsman's Inn in Killarney, Ontario Canada.The picture is sea kayaking in Georgian Bay I left this book on the bench in the hot tub cabin at the hotel. I'm hoping someone who comes sailing, cruising, or kayaking in during the holiday weekend will find it. We spend a couple of nights in the lovely Sportsman's Inn. I enjoyed a wonderful day's sea kayaking in Georgian Bay (Lake Huron) paddling amongst pink granite outcrops, windswept pines and quartzite hills. |
