I know how much people like the Shopaholic series, but I have grown quite weary of Becky Bloomwood's incredibly egocentric and somewhat inconsequential existence. I think I am officially done with Sophie Kinsella books.

This book is hardcover and signed by the author, but the dustjacket is creased in a couple of places.

Finished this morning - what a great read! She is still the same and of course she is self-centered as always, but I just love to read her thought process. I think that everyone knows someone like her and it is amusing to read it. Hopefully there'll be another - Shopaholic has a Baby!

A million thanks to ariesgirl29 for sending me this book in trade. If only I didn't have 4 other books promised to other BCers that I need to get read I would sit right down and start this one tonight. Its TBR for now, but not for long!

What can I say? I just adore Becky Brandon, nee Bloomwood. I couldn't bear looking that this book languishing on the TBR pile a minute longer so I bumped it up to the top and read it. I was not disappointed. I didn't even realize how much I missed reading about Becky's exploits til I cracked this one open. I loved it just as much as usual and eagerly anticipate the publication of the next installment.
