Questions the usefulness of the Internet. I wonder if Cliff has ever heard of Book Crossing?

Got this in a stack at the micro-meetup with servalan. This one looks fairly interesting too - have read "Cuckoos egg" also.

Got really annoying after a while... The problem is that I agree with him on most counts - though he does take the pessimistic route. My issue is that it is a 234 page musing rant on what bugs him about the internet... and how it could potentially not be as good as the marketing hype (like anything matches up to marketing hype).

Intersting if you think you can get through it... though some of the stuff he talks about is outdated... but you get that with a computer book. Definitely not as interesting as "cuckoo's egg".

WILD RELEASE NOTES:

RELEASE NOTES:

I'm setting up a bookcrossing zone at Fernwood (the gym I go to). It's women-only (sorry guys) but they had a call for old magazines so I figured I'd suggest one better...
They're going to put a basket out for me next to the magazine basket - on the window-sill by the couches.
