Account of the UK's belated (157 years too late) to introduce democracy to Hong Kong before the handover to China in 1997. However Chris Patten is a real favourite of mine - not because I agree with much of his politics - but because now he is retired from politics he tells the truth . To be fair before he retired he told a lot of the truth too.
