Picked up a bagful of books today for a buck, this one included. Art work on my copy is different than shown here. Will add to the read pile.

Started: 4/14/09

Wow. While I have heard talk about Anne Rice's ability to write exotic novels, this is the first time I have ever read one of them. I fell in love with "The Mummy", which is not that shocking, as far as the explicit sex scenes, but whoa... this one is loaded. I feel like I have entered the forbidden zone now. The first half of the book is jam-packed, but then it becomes sort of a romance, love story, so of course I have to keep going to see what the heck happens!

I like Anne Rice's writing. She keeps it fast paced and interesting. Had a good ending, which I was happy to see.
