At the beginning of this book, I found the author to be kind of annoying...and then I realized that that was the point. Wurtzel does a great job of helping readers understand the depths of her depression and the way that it causes her to interact with the world around her...including alienating herself from people she loves and needs.

I found this book on the free table of my college, and I'm happy to be able to pass it along.
