Offered on entirely international relay. I saw a book titled "Governess" and thought that sounded more to my liking although I've wanted to read this one for quite some time.
Released on Sunday, June 20, 2004 at Given to another bookcrosser in n/a, n/a Controlled Releases.

Off to Midwinter!
I've heard so much about this book. I hope it lives up to the hype - can't wait to read! :)
I recently read "In Her Day" by the`same author and found it to be a little too much of a book with an agenda for my liking. In contrast, Rubyfruit Jungle was an enthralling coming-of-age story that I couldn't put down. I love the narrator's voice, and Rita Mae Brown has a way of stringing words together that compels you to keep reading far past a sane bedtime.
