This was my first Atwood book. Are they all like this!? I'll have to read more. I really enjoyed it. I'm into that kind of near-future what-iffy stuff though. And the dose of bio-ethics was healthy.

I'm giving local BC pal MrBones first shot at it, otherwise it'll be up for trade/wild release.

This is the first Margaret Atwood I've read, even though I am familiar with 'The Handmaid's Tale' from the HBO movie of it. The plot moves along pretty nicely, although it's kind of scary the way she portrays the people of this society having gotten used to so much intrusion of ethically questionable science in their everyday lives. Don't read this if you have a weak stomach.
