Woo! The postman has just brought this for me, along with another 2 books. Oops! I've got a few books on the go now, but luckily we're going away camping this coming weekend and that's usually a good opportunity for me to laze about and read lots, which I intend on doing, so that will make my TBR pile a bit smaller! Will journal again once I start to read this. Thank you!

I started to read this book last night. I've got a few books on the go so it might take me 1-2 weeks to finish it, but the first chapter is a good start. :)

I really enjoyed this book, it was light-hearted, and although I found the ending a bit predictable, it was a good read and I'd recommend it to other Chic Flit lovers. :)

Thanks to laura0141 for arranging this ring. Will be on the way to tabyorky either tomorrow or Tuesday.

I've never read any of Wendy Holden's books, so I'm excited about reading this one. I'll start this one right away!

Overall this was a so-so book. Some of the characters (Zak, Cassandra, and Jet) came across as very cartoonish and unlikeable. It was fairly entertaining, though the ending was a bit predictable and too quickly wrapped up.

That being said, I'd still like to try some of Holden's other books! Thanks laura0141 for giving me a chance to read this one!

I've PM'd spaceystacey, and I'll send the book on it's way as soon as I get her address.

I apologize that it took me so long to read this novel. I've had a busy month! I have to say this wasn't as great as the other novel I've read by Wendy Holden, Simply Divine. I did enjoy the novel quite a bit however. It reminded me of a lighter version of The Nanny Diaries. As soon as Jett was mentioned, I got a mental image of a British version of Tommy Lee from Motley Crue! All in all, a good, fun read! Thanks for sharing!

Mailed to oceanss!

She can't bear the tough situation there with their annoying Zak; therefore, she leaves there to live with Jamie who's just fond of her so that he can receive his heirloom as a married man. She deserts him for Robbie & then happily ever after
