Though this is an older cookbook that doesn't reflect current trends in nutrition and diet, it is a good cookbook. All the recipes here are easy, delicious and healthy. Since it was published in '83 not much attention is given to carb counting, so Adkins Dieters need to beware. The authors took extra time to prepare special menus, discuss calories, and even gave attention to burning calories. Excellent book indeed. Definitely worth a look and a read!
