I got this softcover from a local thrift shop. It's a cute tale from the series about Mr. Putter and his "fine cat Tabby". Here, Mr. Putter agrees to walk his neighbor's dog while she recovers from a sprained ankle, but - while the neighbor insisted that the dog is well-behaved, doesn't pull at the leash, etc. - it turns out that walking this particular dog is quite the challenge! I admit to being quite pleasantly surprised at how Mr. Putter dealt with the problem - seems the dog Zeke is very open to bribery {grin}.

I left this book in the Little Free Library; hope someone enjoys it!
