Got it today at Katayoun's house as our first bookcrossing gathering :)
Kelly has just married for 3 hours when she comes to the point that her husband is a drug dealer. So she whacks him on the head & flees to a quiet town, Paradise, where she meets a woman & a whole lovely group that help her get married to Sam. Her second marriage is interrupted & she's been taken to the jail accused of her first husband's murder. They find the real murderers & she finally marrys Sam in her 3rd marriage while she's pregnant.
