I didn't even know this Adrian Mole book existed 'til I found it at a garage sale this morning. In this 1993 sequel to The Secret Diary of Adrian Mole Aged 13 3/4 and The Growing Pains of Adrian Mole, Adrian has reached "maturity", in that he has attained the age of 23 3/4 when this memoir starts at the beginning of 1991.

I will probably save this book for my BookCrossing pal Joanthro, since she and her family enjoyed the first two in the series.

I need to clear out some books (the point of BookCrossing was not to keep stacks of books in shopping bags at the back of my bedroom closet, right?), so I thought it might be a good time to send Adrian on a trip to Denver. I hope you'll enjoy this one, Joanne -- I haven't read it, so can't promise Adrian's charm has survived into his twenties! If nothing else, maybe it will make a good lawnchair-and-lemonade read this summer :^).

This arrived yesterday - thanks so much! I can't wait to see if Adrian's "maturity" has improved his ability to perceive reality...
