Jennie is zojuist gearriveerd.

I really enjoyed this book! I never thought I would as I don't know the first thing about cats. This Paul Gallico sure knew how to write a good story. All the characters in this novel are so real, so utterly believable and yet they are cats! Reading about this friendship between Peter and Jennie makes you wish you had a friend like that, standing by you through thick and thin, always being there for you. Like two cats against the rest of the world. Wonderful feel-good book.

I finished the book today and will never look at my cat the same as before I read this book! Truly amazing how Paul Gallico knows all these things about cats.
Will pm sarana for her address asap.

And it's finished... I hope you don't mind that I kept it so long, Moem. Life came in the way of my reading time. But now that I was finally able to read this sweet book, I can only say: wow, what a wonderful sweet story! Thanks so much for ringing Jennie, I enjoyed it immensely and was sad when it all came to an end. I'll never look at a washing cat the same way...

Jennie can go home now, I'll PM Moem for her address...

I finally managed to read this one myself! I rather liked it. Yes, it is a children's book really, but it most certainly has charm.

I gave it away during a camping trip.

I got this book from Moem, she had just finished it (only had to read the last two pages) on a campingtrip with some motorfriend off mine. I am curious about the book. I like cats verry much, so I probably like it.
