Borrowed/stole this great idea from poodlesister - I've had this collection of 100 postcards for some time now, and will include one to accompany RABCKs etc.

A lovely postcard “A Girl in Winter” by Phillip Larkin! What a surprise! Have found it 2 years after it was sent to me as it’s dated December 2021. There it was, quietly sitting in between the covers of Maggie O’Farrell’s “Instructions for a Heatwave”! Thank you Ukcanaus. It’s such a wonderful surprise!

Another postcard - Bookman’s Holiday, a recreation for book lovers, designed by Holbrook Jackson. On the back it says “Bookman’s Holiday, 1945. Jacket designed by Berthold Wolpe”. I found this in between the pages of Black River by Matthew Spencer. A huge surprise. Thank you Ukcanaus!!

Another surprise! Thank you ukcanaus! This is a very cute postcard that arrived as a hitch-hiker inside The Summer I turned Pretty by Jenny Han. The cover of the book, The Fruit Farm by O. G. Dorey is on this postcard. On the back it says The Fruit Farm, 1949. Jacket by Berthold Wolpe.

Wow! Postcard alert! Found inside Cousins by Salley Vickers. Love this as I studied TS Eliot a long time ago. The postcard is the cover for The Complete Poems and Plays of TS Eliot, such a simple design and yet so effective as the the title stands out clearly. On the back it’s says it’s a 1969 Jacket designed by Berthold Wolpe. Thank you ukcanaus. It’s been lots of fun finding these postcards.
