Received in the mailbag from jamesmum. I know virtually nothing about this book except that I've always loved the title, so I'm looking forward to seeing what this is all about.

I started this book having absolutely no idea what it was even about. All I can really say is that it is an inspiring testament to the power of the human mind despite the failings of the body.

Thanks tantan. This lovely book has arrived safely. I have a huge pile of books to read but I couldn't resist reading the Prologue as soon as I opened the package ... This is going to be something really special. I look forward to reading it.

Well, I couldn't put this book away. I had to finish it. It is quite beautiful and very uplifting. I have never read anything like this before. The library has the movie and I have put my name down for it. Will let you know how that goes. Thank you for sharing this book. Cheers!
