tuff mailed this to me for our big book release on Memorial Day, but I saw this book and thought it looked interesting so I'm reading it before that day. I'm already halfway through it, so I'll drop another entry before I re-release it. :)

I journaled Friday night that I was halfway through the book. Well I finished it late, late last night Saturday. lol

I finished it so quickly because I was determined to get to the end and find out how it turned out. While on one hand it was a good story, there were big chunks that I think were extraneous wordiness. That was after I allowed for the fact that this book has a 1983 copyright and one of the main subjects in the story involves mental illnesses that perhaps at that time were still very new to the general audience.

If you've ever seen the made-for-tv series "Sybil" with Sally Field, then you'll have a good idea of what this book might be about. It's similar with some added twists of the supernatural. But like I said, it could have used with maybe 50 pages less.
