6 out of 10

I read this a few years ago, and its not a book that made a huge impression but one that I'm glad I read. I honestly cannot recall much about the emotions it stirred, but I specifically remember "Tobias Mindernickel". I found the protagonist pathetic enough to make me cry while simultaneously creating in me a desire to beat the hell out of him for his cruelty. I guess its a bit of a story of the caprices of karma.
