Registered in memory of my daughter, who was tragically killed on 30 August 2010. I loved reading this story to my daughters.

My twins ( then 18 months old) picked this book up at the tree in the Founders Park. A bit went by and my mom brain meant to set it out again and then covid hit. We took the twins out of town to my parents farm so they could still run and play and this book just made the trip with us figuring I’d release it down there. Covid took a toll on our lives and I was afraid to just leave it somewhere fearing it would be trashed due to Covid regulations. finally almost a year later my heart is happy to say I finally will remember to release it in a safe place . I’m hopeful to pass it along in my Buy Nothing group to keep it moving but away from the winter weather and Covid fears that someone would trash it.

To Becky’s mom. Please know that while this book hasn’t travelled far yet it brought great joy to my twins and myself in a very hard time. I’ll make sure it keeps traveling. And I’m so sorry it took me so long to get a minute to find this site and log it in. My heart goes out to you and your family.
