Harry Haller is disenchanted with modern life. He believes he has an inner wolf. He starts to lose the ability to tell what is real and what is not.
A counterculture classic in the 1960s (no doubt all the hallucinatory stuff made them think it was about LSD).
It was OK, but not my favourite read on the list and I found it rather confusing.
