Cirque Du Freak #2: The Vampire's Assistant

I got this slightly-battered softcover from an online seller. I enjoyed this sequel to Cirque du Freak, although it continued to surprise me in its rather grim details; not just the usual vampire-gore, which I'd expect in a vampire book {grin}, but the psychological aspects. Still, young people may not find it quite as disturbing, especially if they're focusing on the suspense, and it is a well-told story.
[There's a TV Tropes page on the entire series, with some entertaining tidbits - but beware of spoilers. It also discusses the 2009 film, which covered the first three volumes (more or less).]

I'm sending this to BCer InfiniteGrant in Texas, in exchange for the Night/Nights of the Living Dead duo. Enjoy!
Sent by a fellow bookcrosser, I look forward to reading it, thank you!
