I have read Handmaid's Tale in Finnish years ago and really liked. I think it was interesting and exciting. So I was exited to see that there was a tv-series coming based to the book and now I have enjoyed the series also. I have watched the first season.
But now when reading the book again in English, I just don't get into it. I don't know if the language is too hard for me or what it is. I have liked Atwood's books also in English, but maybe only the newer ones (MaddAddam Series). Maybe I should read the earlier books of her only as translations.
