This one seemed a bit more gruesome than I remember earlier books being!

Thank you for the tag and for the labels - have a fab sunny weekend 😎

25 Aug 19 - It’s always nice to return to this series although I didn’t quite enjoy this as muc( as some if the others, it may be because you know what’s going on all the way through, there is no mystery to solve for us as the reader. It’s nice to see the Grace is trying to move on now and is getting over the disappearance of his wife so many years previously, I just hope this storyline doesn’t take a nasty turn in books to come.

Journal Entry 4 by wingdaffodil-2wing at Norwich, Norfolk United Kingdom on Thursday, September 5, 2019
Received in the post today as a RABCK from Kingfan30. Thanks very much. Both my husband and myself will probably read this and I have an idea of another bookcrosser to pass it on to eventually.

My husband has now read this book and comments as follows:-"An excellent read, full of action from the start and kept me on tenterhooks right to the end".
The book is going back on my shelf for the time being but I may read it soon as it will fit Plum-Crazy's theme this month.

Journal Entry 6 by wingdaffodil-2wing at Norwich, Norfolk United Kingdom on Sunday, December 15, 2019
Now reading this book and found it compelling and easy to read right from the start. It kept me awake late last night reading in bed. Haven’t read any more in the series but that hasn’t mattered. Will review when I finish it.

Journal Entry 7 by wingdaffodil-2wing at Norwich, Norfolk United Kingdom on Sunday, December 22, 2019
REVIEW:-"A very compelling, if somewhat grisly (at times) read. I liked how the author kept all the different threads going and enjoyed the insight into Police work. I felt the story was well-researched. It is actually the 7th book in a series but I wasn't aware of this until I had almost finished it so it will definitely stand alone. I shall be interested to read more in the series but need something a bit lighter to read in between."
Reserving the book for my son's father-in-law. He is very unlikely to journal it but always re-releases books I give him. This will probably be in the Yeovil, Somerset area where he lives.

To the finder:-
Welcome to bookcrossing -you have found a travelling book. Please make a journal entry now to say where you found the book in case it has been moved. Then, when you have read it, please come back and make a further entry saying whether or not you enjoyed the book and why. It is now yours to do as you like with it, pass it to a friend or just leave it somewhere different for someone else to find and help it with its' journey. Of course if you can't bear to part with it at the moment then keep it, but please let me know that you have found it. If you join bookcrossing, which is free and spam-free, you can follow the book on its' travels as you will get an email each time it changes hands, but if you prefer to remain anonymous, that's fine too. Please also say what you intend to do with the book next. Thanks for coming onto the site to let me know you have found the book.

I already have books travelling in many countries around the world-a list can be found on my bookcrossing profile.

When re-releasing this book please be aware that airports are not a good place to leave books unless they have a specific book exchange shelf or area, due to security problems, so they may well just be disposed of. Also charity shops may well discard books that have been labelled in any way and they mostly chose only the books in the very best condition
to place on their shelves and discard the rest-so another bad release option.

Are you sure you want to delete this item? It cannot be undone.
