Picked up at Thursday night’s Book Swap/BookCrossing MeetUp at Jeremia’s Taproom, Elm Row, in Edinburgh. Found on the table at end of the evening. It's now registered with BookCrossing. Not really my cup of tea but picked up to move on, have a plan for it… watch this space!

OK my plan didn’t include reading this, but yet…
Coldly clever, though so much of an observer’s scalpel was whittling away at the multiple factions portrayed that the soullessness and ambiguities felt far too deliberate. Felt like an exceptionally detailed blueprint of umpteen hundred TV thrillers had been created and one-by-one the key points from each had been ticked off a check-list to signal effect here.
Not nuts about the sensationalist aspects of this, slowly revealed ‘truths’, but its clever and I expect that thriller devourers will enjoy it.

To offer this a change of scene I picked it up and took it north… I released it here on the OBCZ in the centre of the City at the Belmont Filmhouse in the downstairs Kino Bar on the evening of SUNDAY 18th AUGUST. My original plan to leave this book on the fund raising table at the Splash Café in Stonehaven, Open Air, Heated, Sea Water Pool this weekend was thwarted as the pool was closed. [Stonehaven, a seaside town on the East Coast of Scotland, 15 miles south of Aberdeen.]
