I purchased this online for our homeschool library.

Sequels, always better than the first. This book is the sequel to Black Ships Before Troy, and I likethis oe WAY better than the fist. It more suspensful. ( I like suspensful books) And this is about Odysseus (The hero of the battle of Troy) on his way home from winning the battle with the Troijan Horse. And all the trouble he goes through. it takes him like 7 or 8 years to get home to his beloved wife Penolpe who thinks he is dead or has left her for another woman and hoping he will come back. at the end Odysseus pretends to be a begger and comes before the queen (his wife) and tells her that Odysseus's ship crashed and he doen't know if he survived. But than one of the servents finds out it's actually Odysseus and dosen't tell the queen. But I won't tell you the end! You'll have to read it for yourself!

I broke BookCrossing rule #1 by assigning this BCID to another copy of this book. However, in a freak act of homeschool burnout, I sold our copy over the summer. Now that I regret it and have bought a new copy for the kids, I have reassigned the number because I want to have the record of previous kids' journal entries. Sorry not sorry.

I liked this book other than elizardbreath breaking the rules (again...😒) It's my favourite book that I read for school so far. ❤
