I got this fair-condition paperback from the ongoing book-sale shelves at the Hudson NH public library. I've read a couple of her other punny-title mysteries set in Hemlock Falls NY, with mixed results - will see how this one goes. (The cover art, showing chickens seated at a cozy dining table, amused me...)
