Not everything was useful for me. One or the other hint is nice.
And most useful was the e-mail inbox habit.
I admit I always used the inbox as a to-do-list with its disadvantages.
When I read about this topic I changed my inbox straight away and since then I love my additional folders for reading, action, waiting and reports.
... and it's an unfamiliar look - but the inbox usually is by zero!
And I am so much more productive!!! I love it!
