CONTROLLED RELEASE NOTES:
Mailed today to UK for wishlist. Hope it arrives well.
Received this in the post today - a lovely surprise from noname-blue. Thanks!
Read this immediately after reading Chevalier's 'Girl with a Pearl Earring'. What a contrast! She is such a skilled author to write about entirely different themes. Falling Angels was written from the perspective of each character so lots of chapters some of which were very short so handy if you need to break off from reading.
I found the graveyard theme fascinating which quite clearly had been researched. Chevalier also dealt with the Suffragette movement and relations during Edwardian times between different classes.

Posted to bookcrosser who had it on their wishlist.
Enjoy!

That said, I liked the storyline, place and period of the novel.
Thank you chocobrownie for sending it to me.
