Journal Entry 1 by winggreenbadgerwing from St Albans, Hertfordshire United Kingdom on Saturday, January 20, 2018
Third in the Rose Gardner series. When Rose and her sister open their new nursery, the Reverend Pruitt is a strong supporter, but Rose is suspicious after her policeman boyfriend Joe has warned her about him. Then another old lady dies leaving Reverend Pruitt all her money, and once again the Henryetta police aren't interested so it's up to Rose to investigate. Joe is away working undercover, so it's her friend Mason, the assistant DA, who is supporting Rose when danger threatens. Meanwhile Joe's rich family want to meet her and she knows she won't measure up. Fun murder mystery.
